for enrolment in the Ph.D. program may apply only if seats are available
in their subject. |

in my subject. Should I Apply? |

No You should not as there
are no open seats. |

I am a category
candidate (OBC, SC or ST) can I apply for the OPEN seats? |
|
|
|
|
OPEN seat means unreserved
and all candidates can apply for these seats. These seats are available
to all candidates. OBC, SC and ST category seats are filled by
candidates belonging to these categories only. |

Can I generate a
New Bank Challan if there is any wrong entry? |
|
|
|
|
You can generate as
many challans you want. Fill the form using the registration number for
which you have deposited the fees. |

What do I do if
there has been a wrong entry in the registration Form? |
|
|
|
|
If
there are any corrections on the application form, you can correct it by
logging in to the editable form by logging on through the link provided
on the Ph.D. admission page for this purpose. Your login information is printed in the instruction part of the
printout of the application form. It has also been sent to your email
ID. Correct the entries if required and print the form again. |

I have Problems
in uploading the Photo. It is not uploading
|
|
|
|
|
The problem could
be with the format of the photo. Please check whether your photo is on
the jpg/jpeg format. Try to keep the size of the photo to less than
300kb. This problem also could be due to slow internet connection,
browser and server. Refresh the system and try again.

uploaded but is not visible on the browser |

This problem could
be due to the browser. Internet explorer is the preferred browser. Try
registering through this. |

I have Completed
all formalities but the confirmation page does not appear

Could be
connectivity problem. |

I have not
received the user ID and password
|
|
|
|
|
Check your Email
ID. Check the Junk mail folder also. Did you type your email in the
correct format? Email ID’s are case sensitive. Do not write it in all
capitals. Still not solved See point 9.
Please avoid
using email ID at rediffmail. This sometimes rejects the
electronically generated mails. |
