Concept of E-Business
A true E-Business is a business that utilizes the full power of the information networks to make its operations dramatically more efficient, less expensive and more flexible than ever before. The e-business gives a higher payoff in the form of improved customer services, improved customer satisfaction, greater customer retention, lower operating costs, better quality products and services, high business efficiency, more competitiveness, better business intelligence, broader market coverage, and fewer administrative errors.
