MBA (TOURISM)

The growing income level has stimulated growth in domestic and international tourism. Being a service business, the industry requires specially trained manpower for many related businesses such as hotel, airlines etc. to meet the demand for accommodation, transport, communication, foreign exchange and off course providing a rich experience of places of tourism and business interest.
MBA (Tourism) is a two year (4 semesters) full time program, which provides a comprehensive understanding of tourism and travel business. It is the only course of its kind in India which has the approval of AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi). Objective of this course is to develop professionally trained manpower for the tourism industry. The career is dynamic, vibrant, growth oriented with unlimited potential.
MBA (Tourism) is the first course in a University to offer extensive training on Computer Reservation System (CRS) viz. Amadeus and others through simulation exercises, which enables the students to directly deal with the practicalities and intricacies of trade.
